The S. Silva Residence is a visionary architectural project located at 150 & 150 ½ - 14th Street, Pacific Grove, California. This undertaking involves the demolition of an existing 623.11 square foot family dwelling and the subsequent construction of a cutting-edge 1,191.77 square foot, two-level single-family dwelling, complete with a roof garden terrace.

In November 2023, the project achieved design approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) within the Planning Department of Pacific Grove. Currently, it is in the process of transitioning from the drawing board to the physical realm, with construction set to commence later this year.
